Jeffrey’s Zone is a multi-venture company that will be focusing on forming “Jeffrey’s Zone LLC” as an Entertainment, Production & Technical Company thus creating a social scene in Dallas-Ft.Worth,Texas through a family oriented non-alcoholic entertainment complex, including a Special Entertainment Events Center.
Jeffrey’s Zone has designed a plan to bring people from the Dallas-Fort Worth and all surrounding areas with a diverse assortment of venues for all age groups to Dallas-Ft.Worth.
Jeffrey’s Zone will be primarily targeting Dallas-Fort Worth’s demographic area with a multi-purpose entertainment facility. An in-house production company will book live music, comedy, performing arts, dance club theme nights, as well as other special events that will be geared towards the public use of the facility. The daytime hours will be aimed at scheduling business people, families, corporate events, churches, private functions and other large civic groups by providing “a place of social gathering” with a variety of food & entertainment. At night Jeffrey’s Zone will be formatted as a Non-Alcoholic Live Entertainment Facility.
Jeffrey’s Zone will be available for small-to-mid-size conventions and non-profit civic organizations. With a maximum 6000 person capacity, the over 1,000,000 sq. ft. facility will have enough available floor space for private parties, weddings, receptions, clubs, school functions, corporate meetings, medical & legal seminars, proms, live concerts and be a music venue for nationally known recording artists, regional bands and local performing musicians and groups.
With the Odyssey Room as large as 3 NFL football fields (360 x 160 x 3),172,800sq.ft. would be dedicated to a stage & dance floor with 6000 chairs & 600 tables. In addition, 396,000sq.ft. with a 6000 patron capacity including 1000 games, 1100 computers, 1000 tables & 6000 seats would be devoted to a Internet Café n Food Court, The Gaming Center, Arcade, Billiards Room, Security One, Sound Stage ll, Kid Korner, n The Lounge and 180,000sq.ft. of warehouse, offices, Music n Lyrics Studios, Recording Studio, Musical n Equipment Rentals, Sound Stage’s, load-in, IT shop, garage, receiving, & Dallas Concert Sound & Lighting for the Jeffrey’s Zone Entertainment Company. Free online Telephone n Service will be provided on all computer work & game stations so you can stay in touch with your home/office while you work or play.
*The Gaming Center:
The Gaming Center will have something for everyone. Featuring 500 PC / LAN gaming computers, with the most popular PC Games, 100 9-foot regulation pool tables, 96 50”video game systems with 24 X Box 360, 24 Playstation 3, 24 Wii, 24Nintendo DS and 500 other video/table games with 24 golf, 24 card tables, 24 dome hockey, 24 foosball, 24 air hockey, 24 bowling, 24 dartboards, 24 table tennis, 24 pinball, 24 shuffleboard, 24 bumper pool & 500 other arcade games. Also with 48 50” LCD Monitors n The Lounge, you can kick back on a sofa and catch a TV show while enjoying tasty menu items from the Café.

The largest room will be available for small-to-mid-size meetings,school events, conventions, civic groups, weddings, proms, live music concerts and dance venues from nationally known, regional and local performers. The Odyssey Room will have the seating capacity of 6000 customers with a 96x48 ft. stage, 96x96 ft. dance floor and having a total of 172,800sq. ft. of available space dedicated for the sole use of this room with all the concert sound and lighting equipment that meets rider specifications for any national touring act, in-house production & technical company.These plans also include Special Events that will feature diverse music for all age groups. 
*The Music n Lyrics Studio
Studio time will be available to individuals and groups for rehearsal of musical talent with 48 soundproof acoustic absorption rooms, also used for dressing and green rooms for performing musicians and are accessible from the Odyssey Room stage. Back line & Recording gear will be made available in The Music n Lyrics Audio-Visual Recording Studio. 
The plans for Dallas’s growth are evident for needing a project with a Community Family Entertainment & Event Facility like Jeffrey’s Zone.
